Rachel, Psychologist
Hi, I’m Rachel.
For over two decades, I’ve supported children, families, and adults in navigating growth, healing, and life’s challenges. With Master’s degrees in Psychology and Early Childhood Education, and over 12 years of experience in leadership and mentoring, I’ve witnessed firsthand how powerful it is when people feel truly seen, supported, and safe.
Today, my focus is on walking alongside individuals in their journey of recovery and renewal. I create a compassionate, structured space where clients can process, rebuild, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether through group sessions or one-to-one therapy, my approach blends evidence-based methods with a warm, intuitive style that honours each person’s unique path.
I draw on somatic and NLP-informed practices, as well as frameworks from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, these approaches support resilience, emotional regulation, and sustainable change.
Nothing brings me more joy than witnessing someone reconnect with their strengths, rebuild self-belief, and step into life with renewed purpose and hope.
